What is business process automation?

Process automation means replacing repetitive tasks done by humans with systems that execute them automatically. It ranges from simple synchronization between two tools to full chains: receiving an order, checking stock, generating a picking slip, sending to a logistics provider, tracking delivery, updating the customer. The goal is not to replace your teams, but to remove what slows them down.

Difference between classic automation and AI automation?

Classic automation runs deterministic rules: 'if A, then B'. AI automation handles cases not planned in advance: understanding a customer email in natural language, extracting data from an unseen invoice, classifying a document by its content. We often combine both: deterministic rules where they suffice, AI where it adds flexibility.

Will I have to replace my existing tools?

No. Most of our projects connect the tools you already have: PrestaShop, Odoo, Zendesk, your ERP, your internal spreadsheets. We add a layer of automation and intelligence, we don't break what's there.

How long does an automation project take?

Timing depends on scope. A targeted automation (a single chain) is fast. A full end-to-end system takes longer. Our approach: we split into small deliverable projects. You see value arrive progressively rather than at the end of a months-long project.

What about GDPR compliance if automation handles customer data?
